PURPOSE: To automatically set at least one side of vibration frequency or exciting force in a variable vibration generating motor to the optimum value even in the case the driving of a vibration excitor is not stopped at the time of molding a lost foam pattern. ;CONSTITUTION: In order to fill molding sand having comparatively low viscosity around the lost foam pattern, the vibration is given in three dimensional direction of X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis to a metallic mold 4. On the ther hand, the vibration acceleration at this time is measured and feedback of the measured data is executed to the variable vibration generating motors 9, 10, 13 and at least one side of the vibration frequency and the exciting force is controlled to adjust the vibration acceleration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
