PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch structure for flat cable that can easily and securely connect conductors of crossing flat cables to each other.SOLUTION: There is provided a branch structure for flat cable that is constituted by putting a flat cable body which has first conductors arranged in stripes and a flat cable branch body which has second conductors arranged in stripes one over the other and electrically connects the first conductors and second conductors to each other in an arbitrary combination, and the branch structure for flat cable includes a connection sheet stacked between the first conductors and second conductors arranged opposite each other while having at least opposite surface sides exposed. The connection sheet has a conductive bump arranged for each first intersection part associated with a combination for electric connection between the first and second conductors, a non-conductive bump arranged for each second intersection part except first intersection parts among all intersection parts of the first and second conductors, and an adhesive layer which is laminated in an area other than the conductive bump and non-conductive bump.
