PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch structure of flat cables, enabling the conductors of intersecting flat cables to be easily and reliably connected to each other.SOLUTION: The branch structure of flat cables includes a flat cable main body having a plurality of first conductors arranged in a stripe form and a flat cable branch body having a plurality of second conductors arranged in a stripe form, which are intersectingly overlaid such that conduction is achieved between the first conductors and the second conductors in any combination. A connection sheet is laminated between the first conductor and the second conductor, which are opposed to each other and exposed at least at the opposite face side. The connection sheet includes a conductive bump arranged for each first intersection of the combination for conduction between the first conductors and the second conductors, and a substrate layer which is laminated on the region other than the conductive bumps. The substrate layer includes an insulating resin layer and a pair of adhesive layers which are laminated on both sides of the insulating resin layer. The softening temperature of the insulating resin layer is higher than the softening temperature of the adhesive layer.
