PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch structure of a flat cable that is excellent in reliability of adhesive strength and electrical connection and can easily and surely branch a flat cable, and to provide a method for manufacturing a branch flat cable having the branch structure.SOLUTION: In the branch structure of a flat cable, a plurality of first conductors arranged in a stripe shape and one or more second conductors arranged in a stripe shape are connected to each other, and the plurality of first conductors and the one or more second conductors are electrically conducted to each other in arbitrary combination thereof. The first conductors and the second conductors are arranged in a state directly overlapping with each other or arranged in a state overlapping with a third conductor stretched between the first and second conductors. One of a pair of overlapping conductors has a projection projecting in a facing direction. Solder is filled between the projection of the one conductor and the other conductor.
