PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type vibration isolation device and an active type vibration isolation method capable of absorbing individual differences on manufacturing and realizing stable control.;SOLUTION: In an active type vibration isolation device comprising: an actuator 2 including inertia mass 21; vibration detection means 2 for detecting relative vibration between the actuator and a vibration control object structure 1; a Kalman filter for estimating quantity of state of an attachment point of the actuator and the vibration control object structure; and control means including a linear quadratic regulator to which an output value of the kalman filter is input, the linear quadratic regulator is designed assuming that a virtual structure on operation exists at the attachment point of the actuator and the vibration control object structure, the virtual structure not influencing vibration of the actuator, and the quantity of state estimated by the Kalman filter is set as quantity of state of the actuator including the attachment point of the virtual structure, and controlling force calculated by the linear quadratic regulator control law is generated by the actuator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
