PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genomic library that consists of a chromosomal segment substitution system group in which a part of a chromosome of a rice cultivar, Koshihikari, is substituted with a chromosome fragment of oryza glaberrima.SOLUTION: The genomic library has 34 chromosomal segment substitution systems in which a part of the chromosome of a rice cultivar, Koshihikari, is substituted with the chromosome fragment of oryza glaberrima. In the genomic library, an area contained in the chromosome in one of the 34 chromosomal segment substitution systems in the chromosome of oryza glaberrima is 90% or more of all chromosomes.
