PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage jobs stored in an image forming apparatus easily and reliably.SOLUTION: A job management application operating on a device which manages jobs for an image forming apparatus makes the device perform: information acquisition processing for acquiring information about job data stored in a storage part of the image forming apparatus; graph generation processing for generating a graph indicating used capacity of the storage part for each job type on the basis of the information about the job data; list generation processing for generating for each job a list describing job contents including the job type on the basis of the information about the job data; and screen control processing for displaying the graph and the list in the same job management screen, and in the case that an operation of deleting one or more jobs from the list is performed, updating the display of the used capacity in the graph corresponding to the job type to which the deleted jobs belong.
