The measurement unit 2 irradiates the sample 3 with heating light and temperature measuring light. The sample 3 includes a heating part 31 and a liquid 32 held so as to be adjacent to the heating part 31. Further, the sample 3 includes a sample plate 33 for holding the heating part 31 and the liquid 32. The sample plate 33 includes a transmission part 34 and a support member 35. The transmission part 34 is provided by a single layer comprising a simple material. The transmission part 34 holds the heating part 31. The transmission part 34 is exposed in an incidence surface of the heating light and the temperature measuring light.
