PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of voluntary sell-out clerical work, and management and disposal of collateral, to thereby enable simple creation of multiple distribution plans.;SOLUTION: A collateral voluntary sell-out management program includes: a credit data registration function for allowing credit data to be obtained and stored; a security right data registration function for allowing security right data to be obtained and stored; a collateral data registration function for allowing bidding assumed amount data and sell-out estimated amount data of collateral to be obtained and stored; an expense deduction amount data registration function for allowing expense deduction amount data to be obtained and stored; an auction simulation function for allowing auction expense data to be obtained, and allowing a dividend amount at a time of auction to be calculated on the basis of the credit data, security right data, bidding assumed amount data, and auction expense data; a voluntary sell-out simulation function for allowing a dividend amount at a time of voluntary sell-out to be calculated on the basis of the credit data, security right data, sell-out estimated amount data, and expense deduction amount data; and a voluntary sell-out adjustment simulation function for allowing a new dividend amount at a time of voluntary sell-out in which the dividend amount at a time of voluntary sell-out has been changed to be obtained, and allowing a changed dividend amount at a time of voluntary sell-out to be calculated on the basis of the new dividend amount at a time of voluntary sell-out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
