PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe grease spray for a food machine in which foaming and liquid sagging are hard to occur, and having a satisfactory use feeling as a spray, and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: A grease spray for a food machine is composed of: a composition consisting only of edible raw material including calcium stearate, liquid edible oil and ethanol; and a gas, and in which the content ratio (mass) of the calcium stearate to the liquid edible oil lies in the range of 1:1.1 to 1:2.5, and the content ratio (mass) of the total of the calcium stearate and the liquid edible oil to ethanol lies in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
