PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete segment that can be cut and a wall body of a shield tunnel which can significantly reduce torques during cutting by a shield tunneling machine and can reduce vibration.SOLUTION: A segment 1 constructs the wall body of the shield tunnel excavated by the shield tunneling machine. The concrete 20 as a base material of the segment 1 which can be cut by the shield tunneling machine with a fiber-reinforced resin muscle material as a reinforcing material 10 includes cement, water and aggregate. The aggregate includes coarse aggregate and fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate includes light coarse aggregate and uses 30 to 100 wt.% of light coarse aggregate among the coarse aggregates.
