PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flip book for allowing a user to recognize muscles to be trained subconsciously in an effective manner.;SOLUTION: As a muscle-training flip book, a plurality of body surface display sheets each comprising a flexible sheet with a photograph or a picture representing a predetermined region of a body surface on the front face, and one or more muscle display sheets each comprising a flexible sheet with a photograph or a picture representing muscles existing inside the predetermined region of the body surface, are bound as a booklet in an overlapped manner with their top surfaces facing the same direction.
