PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fund lending device, system, and method which is capable of improving financing of a vendor by lending a fund without transfer of accounts receivable.;SOLUTION: The fund lending device is managed by a lender who lends a fund to a vendor having accounts receivable and is connected to a vendor terminal (10) managed by the vendor and a financial information processor (40) managed by a financial institution via a communication network (50) so as to be able to communicate with them. The fund lending device includes: a beneficiary right information receiver which receives, from the vendor terminal, beneficiary right information being information about the beneficiary right of a trust which the vendor has set with the vendor as a trustee with respect to deposit claims of an account opened in the name of the vendor at the financial institution; and a direct debit instruction transmitter which transmits, to the financial information processor, refund information which gives an instruction to transfer return determined on the basis of a loan amount from the account opened in the name of the vendor to an account opened in the name of the lender.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
