Relationship Lending or Group Lending--The Method Choice of Micro-financing

It is difficult for the small and medium enterprises and low income persons to get the micro-financing. There are two ways to solve the problem in the world, one is the relationship lending, and the other is the group lending. In this article we compare the two kinds of lending and find that they can be applied simultaneously in China.
