PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling panel member which allows the edge of an anode element not to be exposed when an antifouling panel is formed, prevents burr of the anode element, and stably secures the conductivity of an anode body for a long period.;SOLUTION: A plurality of antifouling panel members 10 including a base plate 20 and an anode element 22 are connected to form an antifouling panel 12. The base plate 20 formed of an insulation material includes a body 24, a first fitting part 26, and a second fitting part 28 which is fitted to the first fitting part 26 adjacent thereto. The anode element 22 covers the front side of the body 24 and extends so as to cover the first fitting part 26.
