PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy parameter setting processing necessary for generating a test signal for an LTE-Advanced system.;SOLUTION: Carrier arrangement designation means 25 performs display to select either one of an intraband method and an interband method as the carrier arrangement of a plurality of component carriers for use for the LTE-Advanced system, so as to allow an operator to operate to designate either one thereof. Parameter file designation means 26 allows the operator to designate a parameter file to allocate to a component carrier among parameter files for test signal generation stored in parameter file storage means 24. Parameter and frequency band set means 27 allows the operator to designate a component carrier assignable of the designated parameter file and an allocation frequency band for communication on which the component carrier is arranged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
