Provided is a technology capable of obtaining high identification accuracy even for an object with variously changeable appearance. A learning device according to the present invention comprises a weak learner generating unit for generating a weak learner which calculates an identification score for an instance of an object on the basis of a feature amount and a bag label; a weak learning unit for calculating an identification score on the basis of the generated weak learner; an instance probability calculating unit for calculating an instance probability for the instance of the object on the basis of the calculated identification score; a bag probability calculating unit for calculating the probability of two or more positive instances being included in the bag on the basis of the calculated instance probability; and a likelihood calculating unit for calculating a likelihood representing the likelihood of bag probability on the basis of the bag label.
