PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like for learning an object recognition parameter suppressing the influence of a background region.;SOLUTION: This object identification parameter learning system 2 is provided with: a featured value extraction means 130 for searching the featured values of an object from an image; a background specification means 140 for specifying a background region in an image; a background replacing means 150 for replacing featured value components equivalent to the background region with another value about the featured values; and an identification parameter update means 160 for updating an identification parameter by using the featured values replaced by the background replacing means.
