PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consistently perform a pretreatment and an adsorption characteristic measurement after a sample tube is attached once in the adsorption characteristic measurement, and also to shorten a measuring time without any need for vacuum re-evacuating a connection pipe connected to the sample tube before the adsorption characteristic measurement is performed by not attaching/detaching the sample pipe.;SOLUTION: An adsorption characteristic measuring device 30 for measuring the adsorption characteristic of an adsorbate with respect to a sample 20 includes: a sample tube holder 40 having means for holding and heating a sample tube 10; an accommodating container 50 capable of accommodating the sample tube holder 40 and a coolant 53; and a coolant introduction part 54 for introducing the coolant 53 into the accommodating container 50 accommodated with the sample tube holder 40, and further includes: a piping part 60 having a fitting part detachably attachably provided in the end part opening of the sample pipe 10; and an elevation part 52 for elevating the accommodating container 50 relatively to the sample pipe holder 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
