PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CNT dispersion liquid, a CNT compact, a CNT composition, a CNT aggregate and method of producing each, the CNT dispersion liquid being highly dispersible and stable, and maintaining excellent electrical properties, thermal conduction and mechanical properties of CNT.SOLUTION: A CNT dispersion liquid includes a CNT aggregate provided with a mesh body dispersed in a dispersion medium and formed from a plurality of CNTs. The CNT aggregate is obtained by extraction from the dispersion liquid and drying. The obtained CNT aggregate has a pore size maximizing a differential pore volume in a pore size range of 0.002 to 10.00 μm measured by using a mercury intrusion porosimeter, of 0.02 to 2.0 μm.
