PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging facility reservation managing apparatus, when an electric vehicle cannot reaches reserved charging facilities, capable of quickly reserving another usable charging facilities and improving a working rate of the charging facilities, and to provide a charging facility reservation terminal and an electric vehicle.;SOLUTION: The charging facility reservation managing apparatus: receives an exchange candidate request for requesting charging reservation information to be candidates for exchanging a location of charging facilities and a charging schedule time; extracts charging reservation information that an electric vehicle transmitting the exchange candidate request is usable from a traveling situation represented by vehicle situation information of the electric vehicle and another electric vehicle is unusable under a traveling situation represented by vehicle situation information of the other electric vehicle; and transmits the charging reservation information to the electric vehicle as the transmission source of the exchange candidate request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
