PSOLUTION: This management system includes: a natural energy power generation facility, such as a photovoltaic power generation facility and a wind power generation facility in addition to a commercial power source facility; and a charging facility determining means for determining whether charging to a user's automobile is charging from the commercial power source facility or charging from the natural energy power generation facility, and selects and calculates a charging operation expression of a parking lot usage charge in accordance with the determination of the charging facility determining means.
