To solve the problem that a service for renting off a shared EV that a plurality of users share decreases in availability of the shared EV since the shared EV cannot be rented off during electric charging after being returned.SOLUTION: Information related to electric charging that a user has performed to a storage battery mounted on a shared EV in a renting period of the shared EV is recorded, and based upon the information related to the electric charging, a reward to be imparted to the user who has charged the shared EV is determined. Consequently, the reward gives the user an incentive to electrically charge the shared EV in the renting period. Consequently, the electric charging amount of the storage battery of the shared EV at the time of its return becomes relatively large, and the time of electric charging performed after the return is shortened to increase the availability of the shared EV.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
