PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pathological mouse of a neurodegenerative disease involving apoptosis of nerve cells, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The pathological mouse of the neurodegenerative disease involving apoptosis is obtained by blocking the left subclavian artery and the arch of aorta between the left common carotid artery and the left subclavian artery of a mouse for 3.5-5 minutes while the paravertebral muscle temperature is maintained in the range from 37.5°C to 37.8°C.
