PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning liquid and a processed food using the same, capable of suppressing a metal-like different taste peculiar to potatoes even if the potato-processed food is adjusted to pH 5.5 or lower.;SOLUTION: In the seasoning liquid for the potato-processed food, pH is 3.5-5, and the Brix value is at least 50. At least 10% of sugar alcohol (calculated in terms of solid content) and 3-15% of yolk (calculated in terms of raw content) are blended in the seasoning liquid.
