PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a target age with respect to text data with an objective reference without manual intervention.;SOLUTION: An understood word moon age calculation part 24 is configured to, on the basis of an initial utterance moon age and a time difference stored in an understood word utterance word time difference table about each of words stored in an utterance moon age table, estimate the average acquisition moon age of an understood word, and to generate an understood word moon age table. A morpheme analysis part 27 is configured to perform morpheme analysis to text data to be estimated.
