PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which nereistoxin pesticide residual in field crops can be measured according to a simple and prompt measuring method without using any system which is expensive and includes a complicated measuring device.;SOLUTION: The invention, related to a method for measuring pesticide residual in field crops, includes: the pre-treatment step for preparing an extract of field crops to be examined; the step for adding to the extract choline chloride and choline oxidase as substrates; the step for measuring the quantity of hydrogen peroxide in the extract; and the step for determining a variation of the hydrogen peroxide, wherein a concentration of the nereistoxin pesticide is measured in accordance with the variation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
