PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measurement methods of pesticide residues, the method having a low enzyme inhibitory ability to cholinesterase and being capable of amperometric measurement of also low sensitive organophosphorus pesticides (thiono (P=S) type organophosphorus pesticides).;SOLUTION: A measurement method of pesticide residues for detecting the concentration of pesticide residues in a sample comprises: pretreatment steps (steps 1-9) of producing an extract from the sample; an enzyme inhibitory step (step 11) of bringing the extract into contact with an enzyme solution containing one or more enzymes for a given time and inducing enzyme inhibitory reaction of agricultural chemicals; and a measuring step (step 12) of detecting as an electric current value the generation rate by enzymatic activity of hydrogen peroxide in the solution obtained in the enzyme inhibitory step using an amperometric sensor. Between the pretreatment steps (steps 1-9) and the enzyme inhibitory step (step 11), an oxidation step (step 10) of oxidizing the organophosphorus pesticide that remains in the extract is provided.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
