The storage battery state notification system includes a storage battery state measurement unit 81, a frequency determination unit 82, and a storage battery state notification unit 83. The storage battery state measuring means 81 measures the state of the storage battery. The frequency determining means 82 determines the frequency of notifying the measurement result according to the measured change amount of the state. The storage battery state notifying unit 83 notifies information indicating the state of the storage battery at the frequency determined by the frequency determining unit 82.
