PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for inserting an advertisement into a media stream.;SOLUTION: A media stream can include one or more predetermined positions for inserting an advertisement. A content access server 106 is able to insert an advertisement into one of the one or more predetermined positions in the media stream.
