Novelty: There is disclosed a unit ensuring the co-production of heating water, hot usage water and electric energy for any existing or new-built buildings. Constitution: A hot usage water production container (37), a heating water production container (38) and a system preheating the water mains (6) at the serpentines of the containers (37,38) via the solar collector (33) and the ion boiler (31) reheating the water mains (6) at the serpentine of the containers (37,38); the hot water ends either to the taps (36) or the heating bodies (26), while the electric power required for the smooth operation of the system is generated by the power co-production unit (the wind generator and a photovoltaic panel (1)) and subsequently drawn, through the cabling (3), to the ion boiler or stored up tothe condensers (4) for individual consumption or supplied to the power mains (50) in order to be sold.
