This invention relates to a process of using a known standard wavelet transform but relying on repetitive use of known wavelet transform to boost the components of the input signal that is representative to a particular failure mode while suppressing rest of the signal. The method can thereby be used not only to boost components to identify product failure but can be used as a denoisingtool.
