The present invention refers to a hermetic encapsulation for any underground storing tank in such a manner that this tank would always be dry and free of any corrosive agent and in case the tank would be broken, the spillage will be flowed out of the hermetic capsule and the spillage integrating system will take the corresponding measures without polluting the environment. This novel system is intended to remove the verification tests from the storing tank, since there is no risk of faults in the tank, the spillage detector providing the required safety. With this system for protecting the subsoil, the probable useful life of any subsoil storing tank will be tested in an efficient manner without performing resistance tests, which eventually may accelerate the damage of said storing tank, the inventive system being useful for testing the probable life of the storing tank in a long period of time without risking the subsoil, since the encapsulation of the storing tank is intended to ret ain any liquid spillage. The purpose of the invention is to protect in a safe manner the subsoil and phreatic surface, as well as the environment in the subsoil.
