In a general manner, the process for applying an adhesive base on predetermined surfaces of plastic pieces adapted to receive flock, includes the following pieces: a) locating a plastic piece in a base adapted to fasten the piece; b) dispensing an amount of adhesive, from the adhesive deposit mounted on a transversal displacement cart, over a plate embossed with a predetermined pattern, design and arrangement, the plate being mounted over a support platform; and c) actuating a head for transferring the adhesive, which comprises a silicon stopper that exerts pressure over the embossed plate for taking the adhesive previously deposited on said plate and transferring the same in the predetermined design and pattern in a downward displacement over the plate piece.
