The object of the invention is the production of bio-ethanol by fermentation from renewable raw materials such as potatoes, maize, sugar cane, straw, wheat, rice and others, including waste biomass. The bioethanol produced in this process is used for non-consumer purposes, for example as a component for the production of biofuels. It consists in the preparation of a wipe of the raw material, water, nutrients and micro-organisms, the conversion of sugars contained in the raw material during alcoholic fermentation into the product, the separation of bio-ethanol from the distillation, which is then subjected to an oxygen-free fermentation,and the resulting effluent is oxidised and directed to the stage of preparation of the effluent. The way to obtain bio-ethanol invention is to close the circulation of process waters and to adapt them to the efficient realization of the process of alcoholic fermentation after the return of the stream after oxygen-free fermentation and thereby reduce the water consumption in the process.
