The invention relates to a device for performing physical exercise of push-up type, to be used both in sport halls and individually, at home. The claimed device comprises a support (I) for palms, consisting of at least one profiled body (I-B) which follows the natural profile of the palm, permitting it to be used also with the open palm, being provided with a base (I-D) of a suction-cup type, operating on the vacuum principle and being fixed on the ground by means of a handle (I-C), a support (II) for the feet preventing the slide and a cord which links the palm support (I) to the feet support (II) by means of some orifices (I-E and II-D) for fixing the cord.
