N-[4 (acetylamino)phenyl]-2-(3-benzyl -2,4-dioxo-2,3,4,5,6,7- hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-1-yl)acetamide, which exhibits an analgesic activity. It is shown that on the thermal and chemical nociceptive stimulation models N-[4 (acetylamino)phenyl]-2-(3-benzyl -2,4-dioxo-2,3,4,5,6,7- hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-1-yl)acetamide (IFT000241) exhibits higher activity than ketorolac. Thus, IFT000241 activity in the test "Hot plate" amounts 137.46% of the changes of the reaction latent period, while the ketorolac activity - 100.25%. In the test "Acetic acid cramps" the percent of the "cramps" inhibition is 83.03% to compounds IFT000241 and 55.50% for ketorolac respectively.
