The present invention relates to a surgical treatment method for parodontosis by penetrating minifenestration of papilla gingivalis and non-adherent gums of a vestibular flap that stipulates anodynia tissues, surrounding teeth, curettage of pathological dento-gingival periodontal pocket, section of a non-adherent gingival flap edge by a horizontal longitudinal section, adjustment of protective dressing at that with the help of a gingival perforator in non-adherent guns without damage of their edges create reticulum of penetrating elongate caval channels at that distance between channel holes approximately equal to diameter of created channels.
