METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE STATE OF CORONARY FLOW IN WOMEN UNDER THE AGE OF 50 YEARS WITH ANGINAL SYNDROME

The method for determining the state of coronary arteries in women under the age of 50 years with the anginal syndrome. The echocardiographic indices are defined: ejection fraction, the anterior-posterior size of the left atrium, interventricular septum thickness and the thickness of the left ventricular posterior wall, also the data regarding myocardial infarction are taken into account; with the help of the table the pre-test probability of detecting angiographically intact coronary arteries are defined, depending on the combinations of the above parameters and in accordance with the colour of lines the algorithm of further diagnostic tests are defined.
