METHOD FOR COMBINED TREATMENT OF GIANT HEAD AND NECK HEMOLYMPHANGIOMAS IN NEWBORNS

摘要

A method for combined treatment of giant head and neck hemolymphangiomas in newborns include surgical treatment. A serial decompressive puncture of the tumor cells is performed followed with applying compression bandages until a sustainable reduction in tumor size. Surgical treatment is carried out after the second stage to achieve sustainable reduction in tumor size.
