Method for the simultaneous and specific identification of bacteria causing zoonosis, belonging to the genera Anaplasma / Ehrlichia and Bartonella gender, comprising the following steps: a. Contacting the sample with a reaction mixture containing primers to amplify specific sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1-7 species Anaplasma / Ehrlichia and SEQ ID NO: 8-17 Bartonella or their complementary sequences, b. Simultaneously amplifying the sequences of step (a) by polymerase chain reaction, c. Identify the amplified sequences of step (b) using probes consisting in SEQ ID NO: 26-42, or their complementary sequences to hybridize with sequences SEQ ID NO 1 to 17, and d.
