A calculation system of biological information under an exercise load which comprises a sensor device which measures a user's movements, a portable heart rate sensor which measures the user's heart rate and a server which is provided with a biological information calculation function, wherein the user's movements under an exercise load is measured, the user's heart rate after the exercise load is stopped is measured, a time difference between the end of the exercise load to the measurement of the heart rate is measured, the drop in the heart rate is estimated from the time difference, an estimated heart rate just before the user stops the exercise is obtained, and biological information of the user under the exercise load is calculated from the user's movements under the exercise load and the estimated heart rate.
