PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ceramic particulates by which ceramics particulates having a spherical shape close to a true circle, also having excellent monodispersibility, and composed only of the solid component of a ceramics single substance can be easily produced without complicating a fine channel structure, and to provide a production apparatus used therefor.;SOLUTION: The method for producing ceramics particulates comprises: a step (S100) where a dispersed phase composed of an aqueous liquid containing a gelling agent gelled by cooling and a ceramics raw material is fed to a continuous phase composed of an oil-based liquid containing a surfactant to produce micro-droplets; a step (S110) where the produced micro-droplets are recovered, and are cooled; a step (S120) where the cooled micro-droplets are cleaned; a step (S130) where the cleaned micro-droplets are dried; and a step (S140) where the dried micro-droplets are fired.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
