METHOD FOR PREPARING ALOE LYOPHILIZED POWDER INJECTION

A method for preparing an aloe lyophilized powder injection, comprising: completely dissolving 100 parts by weight of aloe powder into 2000 parts by weight of distilled water; standing overnight to separate the solution; filtrating the solution for clarification; utilizing hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value of the solution to 6.3-6.5; heating the solution to 115°C - 118°C and sterilizing for 30 minutes; naturally cooling the solution, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 4.2-4.5; conducting ultrafiltration via an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain liquid medicine having a molecular weight of no greater than 1000 Da; and bottling the liquid medicine into an ampule, and lyophilizing the liquid medicine. The lyophilized powder injection is used to prevent and treat tumors and liver damage.
