A terminal firmware upgrade method, device and computer storage medium, the method comprising: setting an upgrade identifier in a terminal; in correspondence with the upgrade identifier, recording the results of terminal upgrade operations as the terminal is in different modes during the upgrade process; obtaining upgrade operation results according to the upgrade identifier, and performing upgrade of the terminal in the current mode according to the obtained upgrade operation results.
