INCISION PROTECTION APPARATUS FOR GASLESS LAPAROSCOPE

An incision protection apparatus for a laparoscope comprises a hollow incision protection cover (2) and a pendant structure. The incision protection cover (2) is integrally formed by a lifting piece (23) and a loop (22) from bottom to top. The incision protection cover (2) is made of a soft material. The thickness of the lifting piece (23) is greater than that of the loop (22), and the thickness of the lifting piece (23) at the position close to the central area is equal to or less than that of the marginal area. The incision protection apparatus can be effectively folded and put into an incision and keep the abdominal wall under the surgical incision open, so that unnecessary injury to the abdominal wall is avoided, and a clear operative field is provided. In addition, the incision protection apparatus has a simple structure and is convenient to operate. A gasless laparoscopic surgery can be completed by means of conventional laparoscopic surgical instruments, and adverse reactions caused by a pneumoperitoneum are avoided.
