The present invention relates to a single screw extruder for extrusion of pure materials of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. The single screw extruder mainly comprises a feeding device, a cylinder, a screw, a motor, and a transmission device. The cylinder has a sectional structure, the feeding section is provided with a detachable inner liner, the liner has the same length as the screw feeding section, a multihead helical groove is provided on an inner wall of the liner, and the turning direction of the helical groove is opposite to that of a screw channel. The screw has a four-sectional parameter design, the compression section is designed into two parts of different lengths and the total compression ratio is designed to be 2-3, the feeding section is designed to be a double-head thread structure, and matching optimization design is performed on the cylinder liner parameter and the screw geometrical parameter. Therefore, positive displacement conveying of the single screw extruder is implemented, the processing difficulty in continuous extrusion of materials of high viscosity and low coefficient of friction such as ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene is solved, and pure materials of the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene can be directly added for extrusion without adding any processing aid; the viscosity-average molecular weight can reach 3 to 9.2 million, and special extrusion dies can be provided to continuously produce products of pipe materials, profiled materials, and bar materials of various specifications.
