Each of the blade bodies (42) of the movable blade (40) has: a cutting section (44) which has a movable sliding contact surface (44a) in contact with the stationary blade (30); and a blade body tip section (45) which is located closer to the tip than the cutting section (44). The blade body tip sections (45) of the movable blade (40) have inner surfaces (46) which are located closer to the movable blade (40) than a plane (reference surface (SK2)) including the movable sliding contact surfaces (44a).
