The present invention relates to a solution for quantitative analysis of nickel, with which a cold rolling steel sheet is nanocoated, for measuring the fixed quantity of nickel, and for decomposing nickel, with which a cold rolling steel sheet is nanocoated, by using a solution for quantitative analysis of nickel in which nitric acid and a stripping liquid are mixed; and a nickel quantitative analysis method using the same. The nickel quantitative analysis method comprises: a preparing step of preparing a solution for quantitative analysis of nickel by mixing a nitric acid solution and a stripping liquid; a decomposing step of decomposing nickel by inserting a cold rolling steel sheet nanocoated with nickel in the solution for quantitative analysis of nickel into a sealed decomposition vessel; a measuring step of determining whether hydrogen inside the decomposition vessel is generated; and an analyzing step of quantitative analyzing nickel, with which the cold rolling steel sheet is nanocoated, by measuring the concentration of the nickel decomposed by the solution for quantitative analysis of nickel.
