The present invention relates to an e-book social network service system capable of recording reader′s annotation, comprising: an e-book database storing one or more pieces of e-book content as data; an annotation database storing one or more pieces of reader′s annotation information recorded on respective pages of the e-book content to be matched with readers′ IDs; a social network service (SNS) content server which provides the one or more pieces of e-book content to a user terminal through an SNS, receives the reader′s annotation information on the respective pages of the e-book content from the user terminal, matches the received reader′s annotation information with the reader′s IDs, stores the matched result on the annotation information database, and, when the e-book content is browsed on the user terminal, provides the reader′s annotation information recorded on the respective pages of the e-book content to the user terminal along with the e-book content; and the user terminal which displays, on a screen, the e-book content provided from the SNS content server, inputs the reader′s annotation information on the respective pages of the e-book content by using a reader annotation function, and, when the e-book content is browsed, receives the reader′s annotation information, which is recorded by a previous reader on the respective pages of the e-book content from the SNS content server.
